Mercado is a dynamic new food supply business founded by a passionate husband and wife team. With over 30 years of collective experience in sales, distribution, branding, marketing, operations and finance, they bring a wealth of knowledge to the table.
As owners of a small-batch condiment business located in Burleigh Heads, the Mercado founders have firsthand experience in creating, developing and nurturing a brand from the ground up. It was through this journey that they quickly realised a need for a dedicated supply company, that understood and catered for local artisans that simply lacked the time and resources required to go-to-market and stay-in-market……so Mercado was born.
Mercado aims to showcase the very best of Australian-made products, to celebrate the cultural diversity and bridge the gap between the artisan and the retailer.
